Watch: US Army Soldiers Showcase Their DJ Skills for Veterans Day
A lot of DJs have day jobs, some of which are active-duty military personnel. In honor of Veterans Day, we teamed with the Military DJ Network to showcase two turntablists who currently serve.
Stationed in Fort Drum, New York, 32-year-old DJ SL! has served in the US Army since age 20. Despite doing four tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, SL! has found time to develop his DJ skills.

Based in Fort Lewis, Washington, 25-year-old JCU3 also serves in the US Army. In addition to his military duty, the Los Angeles native holds down residencies at Stage, Baltic Room, and Vue Nightclub in Seattle. JCU3 has previously been featured on DJcity, dropping a Bedroom Sessions episode in 2017 and a DJcity Podcast mix in 2018.
